Frequently asked questions
Where are my photos stored?
Photos are protected in the app’s on-device container and are eligible for standard device backup. Data is sent only when you use an optional feature such as Family Sharing or user-requested external AI analysis.
Will photos appear in my camera roll?
No. Photos taken with the in-app camera are never saved to your camera roll or iCloud Photos. When importing, you can choose whether to delete the original.
Do I need an account?
No. Kenoco works with no account or sign-up required — you can start right away.
Can I share with family?
Turn on Family Sharing in Settings to sync records across your family’s devices via iCloud. You can also keep it off and use it only on your device.
Is the AI color check a diagnosis?
No. AI features such as stool color checks are for reference only and are not a diagnosis. Please consult your doctor if you have concerns.
Which devices and languages?
For iPhone on iOS 17 or later. The interface is available in Japanese, English, Korean and Traditional Chinese.
